Is this the cutest craft I've ever created?!
MAYBE.
Did I cut out 70 wiener dogs with my Cricut to prepare for this epic Kindergarten extravaganza.
SURE DID!
WHAT YOU NEED:
wiener dog template (we cut ours out using the Cricut)
washi tape of all sorts
googly eyes
felt/fabric ears (pre-cut for efficiency)
black Sharpie
white glue
HOW TO MAKE:
Use washi tape to create a "sweater" for your dog. We talked about making sure our dogs are nice and warm by making sure there aren't any holes in their sweaters. Artists used their fingers to tear the washi tape to the right size, sticking any ends onto the back side of their dog.
Glue on an ear and a googly eye.
Use a black Sharpie to make a little nose for your dog.
Ta-da! They are ready for winter! ;)
I decided to display all of them on a bulletin board - they were too cute to send home just yet :)
