Playdough Fall Bakery

This is an invitation to create that is sure to delight you with excited children and a hot cup of coffee. There's just something about the soothing touch of playdough and fall-themed bits and bobs :) Also - THE SMELL OF THIS ONE!!! It makes me want to whip out my flannel and drive to Starbucks for a PSL.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• fall scented playdough (this one is cinnamon-scented!)

• playdough tools (plastic knives, roller, cookie cutters, etc)

• fall themed embellishing items (pipe cleaners, leaf confetti, etc)

• little trays (we love repurposing the wooden trays that you get in the craft section at Dollarama)

• fall-themed napkins (optional, but it's a vibe!)

HOW TO MAKE:

1. I always like to have everything prepped ahead of time. Playdough, various containers of embellishing items, playdough tools and so on. For the hedgehog print (peep the photos!!!), I simply hot glued a wooden hedgehog onto the end of a wooden cube to make a stamper! The kids love stampers!

2. Invite the kids to create fall-themed treats! They'll know just what to do ;)

3. Enjoy your coffee!

4. Extend the activity by playing bakery :)

I think the girls nailed it and I had many cinnamon roll deliveries to the couch ;)
