These Hosta Leaf Ghost Puppets are full of cuteness and personality! Head out to the garden and get clipping
WHAT YOU NEED:
hosta leaves
sticks
white paint
sharpie markers
tape
white glue
things for embellishing (pom-poms, foam, felt, etc.)
HOW TO MAKE:
Collect hosta leaves (and sticks!) from the garden. Don’t worry, we won’t tell your household gardener
Paint the leaves white. We gave ours two coats!
Draw a face on your ghost using Sharpie markers.
Give your ghost some personality by adding accessories like bows, hats, buttons, or hairbows!
Tape a stick on the backside of your leaf to create a puppet!
ACTIVITY EXTENSION:
I wasn’t kidding about dinner theatre! Get outside and host a puppet show, kids!
